Do I have to change my software?
Usually not. We build around what you already use, like ServiceM8, Tradify, Cliniko, Xero, MYOB, Shopify, Google and your existing phone number. If something can’t connect, we’ll tell you upfront.
Will my customers know they’re talking to AI?
Yes. Our assistants say they’re AI, use wording you’ve approved, and hand anything complex or sensitive to a person.
How much of my time does setup take?
About 3–5 hours across the whole build: a kickoff, giving us access, and approving scripts and templates. We do the rest.
Am I locked in?
No. There’s a 3-month minimum while the system beds in, then it’s month to month with 30 days’ notice. You keep your data, accounts and phone number.
Who owns the data?
You do. Customer data stays in your accounts and you can export it any time.
